1. No Refund on Digital Services

All payments made for services such as website development, digital marketing, SEO, ads management, or graphic/video design are non-refundable once the work has started.

2. Advance Payment Clause

Once the client confirms and pays any advance, it is understood that the project has been booked and planned. This amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If the client cancels the project within 24 hours of booking and before any work has started, we may consider partial refunds.

• No refunds will be issued if any portion of the work has been delivered.

4. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please reach out to our support team before initiating any external disputes. We aim to resolve all issues professionally.
